Without customers/clients there would be no business and no profit. When we find good customers, we need to find ways to keep them and to do this we need to look after them and keep giving them great experiences that will really delight them and keep them coming back for more.
If you look after your customers, they will hopefully look after you in return by telling others about you and the great services or products that you offer – which will bring you more work and more customer.

‘The Funnel of Love™’. The conventional marketing model is that of a funnel (wide end up) – put lots of leads into the funnel and hopefully some will come out of the bottom as sales. We’ve turned this on it’s head. Put effort into communicating well to a few (your contacts and customers, or a niche audience) and not only will they buy from you, but hopefully they will spread the word far and wide about how great it is to deal with you, resulting in more sales.
