Your business is only as good as the people who work in it. They look after your customers (or they should do!), write and agree your processes and procedures, decide on the systems and make the decisions.
Like your customers your staff need to be looked after, appreciated, praised and accredited, they will respect you for this and you will get more out of them...........and so on.
